Raj Kundra has been awaiting justice for the past four years over the ongoing pornography case. Now, the actor-businessman has spilt it all, right from his PLANNED arrest to writing to the CBI. “_Mujhe fasaya gaya tha_,” he says candidly.
“_Aur ABP News channel hain jisne ye Breaking News ki thi_,” he says and continues while recalling the dreadful incident that started it all, “_Jab wo mere paas office aaye the checking ke liye, kuch bhi nahin tha. Toh unhone bola ki office aa kar ek statement de do. I agreed because I know maine kuch nahi kiya hain. Main voluntarily nikal pada tha station ki taraf. Kyu ki waha peeche ke gate se jaana padta hain toh media waha tak nahin pahoch sakti thi. Lekin ek journalist pahocha hua tha waha par (from ABP News Channel)._”
Stating that it was a planned arrest and the police officers were clearly aware of it, he says, “_Toh mujhe samajh aa gaya tha ki ye mili bhagat hain, and jo bhi corruption hua tha uss level par, sab planned tha. Planned attack tha mere oopar. Jaise hi maine statement ke liye poocha, maine Twitter pe dekha ‘Raj Kundra arrested’. Maine officer ko dikhaya aur unhone bola ‘Haa sir, oopar se order hai.’_”
Considering that Raj Kundra has been receiving very little to no relief from the judicial system, he has approached the CBI. “_Maine CBI ko letter likha hua hain iss waqt. 1.5 saal ho gaye hain usme koi inquiry nahin hui hai abb tak. Main chahta hu ki enquiry ho. 5000 pages ki chargesheet thi pornography case mein – mera naam hi nahin tha. Additional chargesheet mein 3-4 mahino baad mujhe pick-up kiya gaya, aur attach kar diya. Aur main ban gaya Porn King. I am fighting against the state. Aaj tak koi ladki nahin aayi, naa koi producer – sab hauuwa hai, built up hai. Behti Ganga mein sabne haath dho liye._”
Kundra concludes by mentioning that he has his doubts on a Mumbai-based businessman. “_Uska vendetta tha. Aur unke jaanne wale, police officers ya bureaucrats se ye sab kara diya_,” he shares.
