To promote and preserve the Marathi language, Suman Entertainment has launched a new OTT platform called ‘Abhijat Marathi’. The app was recently inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and State Marathi Language Minister Uday Samant.
CM Fadnavis said that such a platform is the need of the hour. He congratulated the team and added that ‘Abhijat Marathi’ will help in protecting the Marathi language and will also give space for new creative talent.

Minister Uday Samant also praised the app, saying it will bring good content to the people and spread Marathi literature and culture everywhere.
The main purpose of this app is to preserve the Marathi language and culture. On this app, viewers will get to watch Marathi movies, non-fiction shows, web series, international dubbed content, and more. The app is free and can be easily downloaded. From the 9th of this month, movies will also be available on the platform.
At present, many Marathi works do not get enough importance on major OTT platforms. ‘Abhijat Marathi’ will be a strong and rightful solution to this issue.
