65th Regional Dak Adalat to be held in Panaji on March 18. Last date for submission of complaints is March 12

The Department of Posts will organise the 65th Regional Level Dak Adalat for the Goa Region at the Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji, at 11 AM on March 18, 2026.

The Dak Adalat will consider complaints related to mail services, Speed Post, counter services, savings bank accounts and non-payment of money orders pertaining to the Goa Region which comprises five Postal Divisions — Goa State, Sangli, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg Districts of Maharashtra State.

Only those grievances that have remained unresolved for more than six weeks after being lodged with the concerned postal authorities will be taken up during the Adalat. Complainants must provide complete details of their earlier complaint, including dates and the names and designations of the officials to whom the complaint was initially addressed.

Customers wishing to raise their grievances can submit their complaints in duplicate to the Assistant Director of Postal Services–I, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji – 403001.

The last date for submission of complaints is March 12, 2026.

The Department of Posts periodically conducts Dak Adalats to address customer grievances, where senior postal officials interact directly with customers, review their complaints and make efforts to resolve them promptly.
