The iconic Marathi play “All the Best”, written and directed by Devendra Pem, was first staged on 31st December 1993 at the prestigious Shivaji Mandir Theatre. Since its inception, the play has enjoyed an extraordinary journey marked by consistently housefull performances and enduring audience appreciation. Even after 33 years, the play continues its successful run in 2026 under the banner of Anamay Productions.
The original cast—Bharat Jadhav, Ankush Chaudhari, Sanjay Narvekar, and Sampada Joglekar—left an indelible mark on audiences with their exceptional performances. Over time, many artists associated with the play, including Shreyas Talpade, Satish Rajwade, Anand Ingale, and Deepa Parab, have gone on to achieve significant acclaim in the entertainment industry. With nearly 25 different teams having performed the play and close to 5000 shows to its credit, “All the Best” stands as one of the most celebrated and successful productions in Marathi theatre.Continuing this remarkable legacy, the current team comprising Nikhil Chavan, Jui Bendkhale, Mayuresh Pem, and Manmit Pem has been receiving an overwhelming response from audiences. The play continues to draw housefull crowds across Maharashtra, and the team has also successfully completed international tours in London and Dubai.Within a short span of just two years, the new team is set to achieve the significant milestone of 300 performances. The 300th show of “All the Best” will be celebrated on Sunday, 12th April at 3:30 PM at Shri Shivaji Mandir Theatre, Dadar, Mumbai.
