The Marathi film ‘Atli Baatmi Futli’, featuring renowned faces from the industry, is all set to take audiences on an entertaining journey from September 19. The grand trailer launch of the film was recently held, where the presence of celebrated personalities, the music team sharing their creative journey, and energetic live performances added great excitement to the event.

Under the banner of VG Films, directors Vishal P. Gandhi and Jainesh Izardar are bringing this fresh Marathi movie ‘Atli Baatmi Futli’ for the audience.
The film is a comedy-crime entertainer, revolving around the mystery of a murder contract. What unexpected turns will this murder contract take? What new bonds will be formed along the way? The film unfolds this thrilling tale while exploring the nuances of human relationships and love. It also reflects on perspectives in life—everyone has their own viewpoint, which may or may not align with others. This contrast of perspectives has been highlighted in the narrative.
For the very first time, veteran actor Mohan Agashe, acclaimed actress Rohini Hattangadi, and power-packed performer Siddharth Jadhav will be seen together on screen. Alongside them, actors Vijay Nikam, Bharat Ganeshpure, Ananda Karekar, Pritam Kagne, and Trisha Thosar contribute to a gripping story that promises wholesome entertainment.
Speaking about his Marathi directorial debut, filmmaker Vishal P. Gandhi said:
“I was born in Mumbai, so I’ve always had an affinity for Marathi artists and Marathi cinema. Content has always been the strength of Marathi films, and through ‘Atli Baatmi Futli,’ I’ve tried to bring something entertaining yet unique. It’s a situational comedy that the audience will surely enjoy. Since it reflects the everyday life of the common man, I believe it will strongly connect with viewers.”
Producer Grishma Advani and co-producer Amman Advani also expressed confidence in the film, calling it a perfect blend of fun and substance.
The movie also stands out for its refreshing music, complementing its vibrant look. With tracks like ‘Sakhubai’, ‘Chandranchi Gosht’, ‘Jaleem Sarkar’, and the rap ‘Atli Baatmi Futli’, the film offers songs across diverse moods, all of which are currently trending on social media. Penned by Chaitanya Kulkarni, the songs have been brought to life by singers Javed Ali, Sunidhi Chauhan, Premraj, Sonali Sonawane, and Agnel Roman, with Agnel Roman also serving as the music director.

The film is produced by Vishal P. Gandhi and Grishma Advani, with Amman Advani as co-producer and Jiwak Munatode as associate director. Cinematography is by Amit Suresh Kodoth, editing by Ravi Chauhan, and story by Jainesh Izardar. The screenplay is a collaboration of Jiwak Munatode, Amman Advani, Jainesh Izardar, and Vishal P. Gandhi, while dialogues are written by Jiwak Munatode and Advait Karambelkar. Costumes are designed by Grishma Advani, choreography by Rahul Thombre and Tijo George, with Ravi Naik as production designer. Casting direction is by Joaquim Thoras, and Abdul Khan serves as executive producer. The film is distributed by Filmastra Studios.
