Bangalore’s Chaitra Gopal Shines Internationally: Wins at Mrs India Pride of the Nation 2025 in Sri Lanka

Bangalore / Colombo: Chaitra Gopal, a popular fitness trainer, an actress, and an entrepreneur from Bangalore, has made her city proud on the global stage. She recently won a prestigious title at the Mrs India Pride of the Nation 2025 pageant held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The Season 7 Grand Finale took place on December 11, 2025, at the luxury ITC Ratnadipa hotel in Colombo. This year was historic because it was the first time the pageant moved its competition to an international location.

Chaitra competed against over 250 talented women from across India. She stood out to the judges because of her confidence, discipline, and strong stage presence.

Mrs India Pride of the Nation is known for being more than just a beauty contest. It is a platform that celebrates women for their personality and leadership skills. Before the finale, all participants went through strict training, grooming workshops, and programs to learn about Sri Lankan culture.

Speaking about her victory, Chaitra Gopal shared her excitement and thoughts on the journey.
“This journey has been about self-belief, consistency, and staying true to who I am,” she said. “Representing Bangalore on an international stage and being recognised among such inspiring women is deeply empowering. This win is a reminder that when women commit to their purpose, there are no boundaries.”
Chaitra also took a moment to thank the leadership team. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Pageant Directors Barkha Nangia and Abhisek Nangia. She thanked them for creating a powerful platform that celebrates women beyond just beauty and for taking the event to an international level. Also, with a purpose to spread breast cancer awareness.
She also appreciated Sri Lanka Tourism for their warm hospitality and the cultural experience they provided to all the contestants. Additionally, she thanked the team at ITC Ratnadipa for their world-class venue and arrangements, which made the Grand Finale look spectacular.

With this achievement, Chaitra continues to inspire others by successfully balancing her career in fitness, business, and acting. Her win is a symbol of hard work and resilience for modern women everywhere.
