Mumbai, July 24th 2025: In light of the recent report published on FilmInformation.com regarding the ongoing controversy at Empire Audio Centre, Mr. Sunil Singh, Director of Saroj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has issued an official clarification, strongly refuting the allegations made by film producer Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala.

According to Mr. Singh, on July 18, 2025, Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala unlawfully obstructed the operations of Saroj Entertainment by preventing its staff and clients from accessing their office premises at Empire Audio Centre. “Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala holds no legal or official designation—neither as director nor representative—of Empire Audio Centre and has no authority to interfere in its internal matters or those concerning tenants,” said Mr. Singh in his statement.

He further alleged that Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala resorted to threats, including against a senior citizen, and cited the producer’s purported history of invoking underworld connections to intimidate others. Mr. Singh expressed concern that these aggressive tactics are part of an orchestrated attempt to take illegal possession of the premises for personal financial gain.

Dismissing Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala’s claim that a staff member was responsible for the incident, Mr. Singh clarified that the staffer being blamed had no involvement whatsoever. “This redirection of blame is not only false but unethical,” he added.

A formal police complaint was lodged at Amboli Police Station on the same day (July 18), following which senior police officials—including officers from the Amboli beat unit and those acting under the jurisdiction of Andheri West—visited the location and met Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala in person to address the situation.

Mr. Singh categorically stated that the narrative being circulated by Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala is misleading and factually incorrect. “This clarification is issued in the interest of truth and transparency, and to ensure that neither the public nor the media is misled by misinformation or intimidation tactics,” he concluded.
