Borivali: As part of the annual tradition during the holy month of Sawan, the National Cultural Promotion Committee organized the Kawad Yatra at Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Borivali East. Former North Mumbai MP Gopal Shetty marked his special presence at this grand and traditional event, boosting the enthusiasm of thousands of Shiva devotees and Kawadiyas who had gathered there.

On this occasion, several prominent dignitaries joined Gopal Shetty, including Borivali MLA Sanjay Upadhyay, Dahisar MLA Manisha Tai Chaudhari, Sunil Kapoor of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, and Pandit R.K. Sharma, among others.
