Priyanka Pandey: She Refused to Break
A Women’s Day Story of Courage, Leadership & Unshakable Resilience
Some battles are invisible. They unfold quietly — behind steady smiles and composed strength.

For Priyanka Pandey, the battle began in childhood, when an unexpected health challenge entered her life. What started at a young age did not remain a brief chapter. It stretched across years — shaping her adolescence, her ambitions, and even her early professional life.
From childhood through the age of 35, she underwent five major surgeries.
Five times she paused, recovered, and rebuilt.

Five times she chose courage over fear.
Yet she refused to let her circumstances define her future.
Determined to build a life beyond problems, Priyanka pursued higher education and completed her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. From working with ICICI Bank to engaging with international government bodies and contributing to respected institutions like the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she built her career on discipline, credibility, and quiet determination.

Motherhood deepened her strength. As a mother, success became more than ambition — it became an example, responsibility, and legacy.

Today, Priyanka Pandey serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of PCPI Global Private Limited, alongside its Founder, Arun Kumar Pandey, her very supportive husband. In the chemical industry — a sector where women leaders remain underrepresented — she plays a pivotal role in driving strategy, operations, and sustainable growth. Under her leadership, the company has strengthened its presence and credibility, reflecting not just business acumen, but perseverance turned into performance.
Parallel to her entrepreneurial journey, she has built a powerful presence as a content creator — collaborating with the Ministry of Culture, State Tourism Boards, and leading brands, travelling across regions, and curating stories that celebrate art, culture, and human resilience.

Through collaborations with Padma Shri awardees and National Award-winning artists, she has supported traditional art forms and amplified voices dedicated to preserving India’s rich cultural heritage. She uses storytelling not for applause, but for preservation. Not for attention, but for connection.

This Women’s Day, Priyanka Pandey’s journey reminds us that strength is not always loud. Sometimes, it is the quiet decision to rise — again and again — and build something extraordinary despite every obstacle.
