Kandivali, Mumbai — Keeping the true essence of Diwali alive, Sai Seva Mandal celebrated the festival of lights by distributing sarees to women in the local community. The initiative, held under the heartfelt theme “Instead of dry greetings, let hearts connect directly from one to another,” brought smiles and festive warmth to many mothers and sisters in the area.

The event was organized with the aim of honoring and appreciating the women of the community during the festive season. The atmosphere was filled with joy and gratitude as women received sarees as a symbol of love and respect from the Mandal members.

Several dignitaries and office bearers graced the occasion, including Division Head Mr. Santosh Rane, Women’s Division Head Mrs. Manali Chowkidar, Assembly Chief Mr. Raju Khan, Assembly Organizer Mr. Satyawan Vani, Deputy Division Head Mr. Shyam More, Women’s Assembly Chief Mrs. Sushma Kadam, Women’s Assembly Organizer Mrs. Suvarna Prasade, Women’s Deputy Division Head Mrs. Seema Lokre, Women’s Branch Head Mrs. Rekha Kadam, Women’s Branch Coordinator Mrs. Chhaya Doyale, Women’s Deputy Branch Head Mrs. Sanjeevani Pathare, along with Yuva Sena members Ms. Tanvi Shinde and Ms. Khushbu Mulla.
Social worker and journalist Mr. Anil Chaskar was also present, adding to the significance of the event. All office bearers, members, and volunteers of Sai Seva Mandal actively participated to make the initiative a grand success.

The event was led by Mr. Ashish Anita Arun Patil, President and Deputy Division Head of Charcop Assembly, whose leadership and community spirit played a key role in organizing the distribution drive.
