Mumbai, 12th September 2025: Starbucks Reserve® in India announced the launch of Zero Proof Cocktails, further elevating the multi-sensory experience of the country’s coffee landscape. This is a unique Starbucks interpretation of the modern café-bar hybrid that brings together the craftsmanship of premium specialty coffee with the creativity of non-alcoholic mixology, offering a fresh, flavour-forward experience that appeals to both coffee lovers and cocktail enthusiasts. These four new beverages are available only at the Starbucks Reserve outlet in Mumbai.
Driven by a growing appetite for elevated, non-alcoholic experiences, this new menu speaks to flavour enthusiasts that values both taste and intention in what they consume. Starbucks Reserve® Zero Proof Cocktails bring a new dimension to the coffee experience, where the world’s finest coffee meets the artistry of mixology. Two distinct crafts come together to create complex, spirit-free serves. The experience is immersive and intentional, balancing bold flavour with thoughtful composition in every pour reflecting India’s growing desire for unique, thoughtfully crafted moments. The menu includes:
• Espresso Martini: Starbucks twist on the espresso martini, made with a double shot of Starbucks Reserve® Espresso, cherry vanilla flavoured syrup, and a hint of orange. Shaken and served in a martini glass with the signature three-bean garnish
• Reserve Nitro Cold Brew Ale: A bold, zero-proof pour crafted with Starbucks® Nitro Cold Brew, offering the velvety body and creamy head of a classic stout. Silky, robust, and naturally smooth
• Gin Coco Botanica: Inspired by tropical flavours, this refreshing mix brings together coconut water, citrus, and gin flavoured syrup. A bright, alcohol-free drink finished with a garnish of pickled ginger.
• Jamaican Rum Stardust: Full of warm, spiced and citrusy notes, this vibrant pour blends a mix of rum, jaggery, and calamansi flavours. Served over a large ice cube and topped with smoked star anise.
