Study Group Formed to Resolve Issues Faced by Residents of Buildings Without OC Meets Chief Minister and Officials

In Mumbai, thousands of old buildings without occupancy certificates (OC) have been causing hardships for residents. To address these issues, the BJP Mumbai OC Study Group met with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani, and Chief Engineer Sunil Rathod. Chief Minister Fadnavis assured positive intervention and full support on the matter.

It is noteworthy that BJP Mumbai President Amit Satam established this study group under the chairmanship of public representative Gopal Shetty. The group includes legal and architectural experts such as Adv. Amit Mehta, Adv. Jayprakash Mishra, Adv. Vivekanand Gupta, Adv. Siddharth Sharma, Architect Tarun Mota, Arvind Nandapurkar, and Jitendra Deulkar.
