One of the standout events this year was an opulent celebration for Aryan Khan’s luxury brand, D’yavol, which drew high-profile guests from around the world. Reflecting on the experience, Mahajan shared on social media:

In addition to his event successes, Vedant Mahajan achieved a significant business milestone in 2024 by acquiring a stake in the US-based ticketing platform Flite, valued at $14 million. Speaking about the acquisition, Mahajan explained:
“One big challenge we faced was finding the right ticketing partner. We tried several top players in the U.S., but kept running into issues—late payments, no guest profiling, no dynamic pricing, and zero useful insights. That’s when we found Flite. Their tech completely changed the game, fixing all those issues and providing insights we didn’t even know we needed.”
