Till date, many Marathi films have done the work of holding a mirror up to the society. The reflection of the events happening in the society has always been seen on the silver screen. Through this, some films have also worked to give a new direction to the society. The upcoming Marathi film ‘Nirdhar’, which is on the same path, will be released across Maharashtra on November 28th. The first teaser poster of the film ‘Nirdhar’ was released with the blessings of Lord Ganesha at the Shri Siddhivinayak Temple in Prabhadevi. On this occasion, Shri Siddhivinayak Temple Trustee Mr. Mahesh Mudaliar and Jitendra Raut, the film’s producer, director, artists and technicians were present.
Producer Padmaja Walavalkar has produced the film ‘Nirdhar’ under the banner of Jayalakshmi Creations. The film, written by Dinanath Walavalkar, is directed by Dilip Bhopale. The poster displayed evokes a sense of patriotism. The unique glimpse of the tricolor on the poster instantly catches the attention. Dr. Girish Oak, who has breathed life into many characters so far and Saurabh Gogate, who plays the hero, are at the center of the poster. Along with them, characters played by other actors can also be seen. Looking at the poster, it seems that this ‘Nirdhar’ is very uplifting and will trigger an ideological battle. It will be interesting to see what the youth in this film tries to tell the youth in real life about corruption and on what issue they are united. The film attempts to attack the corrupt social system and the war against it will be seen. The film tells the story of the young generation who struggle to destroy the corrupt monster and set a new ideal for the society.
Padmaja Walavalkar, the producer of this film, said that while living in society and working for society, she was always aware that she also owed something to society. It is with this same spirit that the inspiring and uplifting film ‘Nirdhar’ has been made. It will be interesting for the audience to see what kind of determination this was, who made it and why. The first poster of ‘Nirdhar’ is truly intriguing and has increased the excitement about the film. Padmaja Walavalkar also expressed her firm belief that the film will definitely be liked by the audience.
Dr. Girish Oak and Saurabh Gogate are paired in ‘Nirdhar’ along with Pallavi Patwardhan, Pragya Kelkar, Milind Uke, Umesh Bolke, Abhinav Kurane, Janhvi Sawant, Rituja Kanojia, Abhay Patil, Shreyas Mohite, Dinanath Walavalkar, Yuvraj Jugar, Ketki Patil, Pallavi Prasad, Anand Patil, Surendra Ketkar, Vidya Dange, N. D. Chougule, Komal Ranadive, etc. have portrayed various characters. Pickle Entertainment will distribute the film. Atul Shidhaye is doing the makeup and Prashant Parkar is designing the costumes. DOP Atul Supare has done the cinematography, Vicky Bidkar has done the art direction. Rahul Patil is the co-director of this film, and Santosh Jadhav is the principal assistant director. The production manager is Kailas Bhalerao, while Ajay Khade is the line producer. The choreography is by Sangram Bhalkar, and the creative producer is Atharva Walavalkar.
